We define contractually the release events (breach, insolvency, support failure). When the event occurs, VeredictIA® validates the incident and securely releases the assets to the licensee.
Yes. We use a qualified Trust Service Provider compliant with eIDAS Regulation (EU) 910/2014 and Spain's Law 6/2020, recognized across all EU member states.
You can change plans or cancel whenever needed. Upgrades are applied immediately on a prorated basis, while cancellation becomes effective at the end of the current billing cycle.
We automatically calculate VAT, applying reverse charge for EU companies with a valid VAT ID (outside Spain) and charging the appropriate VAT for Spanish customers and B2C transactions.
